What is Copy Editing?
If you have finished your final round of revisions before self-publishing or submitting to agents, you will want an editor with a careful eye to proofread the manuscript to make sure it’s as spotless as possible. Typos, misplaced punctuation marks, and incorrect grammar can pull readers out of your story. To avoid this, a copy editor serves as your last line of defense before your story makes it to the readers that matter most.
